We recently purchased a new Dell desktop through WebCare.net and had them install the system for us.  They were very pleasant to work with, the technician that came out to the office backed up the older PC and files, transfers all programs and applications that were needed on to the new computer and then explained how the new Microsoft Vista was different and more efficient compared to the Microsoft XP system we had. – I have to say that most PC technicians speak a language I do not understand – this time it was different, as a small business it is good to know I have someone to contact with any questions or problems I have. I will be using WebCare.net again!

We recently purchased a new Dell computer through WebCare.net and had them install it for us.  The technician came out and installed new software and transferred old programs from our PC.  A few days later we had a problem with our printer and we called the technician and he used remote assistance to fix the printer.  Remote Assistance saved us a lot of time and frustration.  He connected remotely and he fixed the problem fast.  Our business will be using WebCare.net again.
